The rating is for the customer service. The package shipped from UK to Florida and unfortunately was lost by the shipping company. But the shop owner was very kind and helpful and did not have any issues with a refund. I'd shop from this person again, hopefully with better luck on the shipment side.

Arrived well packaged, within a couple of days of order. A lovely hand written note from the seller thanking me for the order was a really nice touch. Lovely quirky design with plenty of space to write notes. A great stocking filler :)
